Russ McClellan's Life and Legacy

Russ McClellan, a beloved individual, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2024, in Simi Valley. Born on December 26, 1942, Russ lived a life marked by love, perseverance, and dedication to his family and community.

Russ's presence in the lives of those who knew him was truly one-of-a-kind. His profound impact as a father figure, brother, grandfather, and friend will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He possessed an unmatched ability to find joy even in the smallest moments and taught those around him the value of resilience in the face of adversity.

Russ leaves behind a deeply saddened but grateful group of loved ones. He is survived by his sister, Barbara McClellan. Russ's legacy carries on through his two sons: Jeff McClellan and Scott McClellan. Alongside them are cherished family members who will forever hold his memory dear - Jezzie McClellan (granddaughter), Jennifer McClellan (daughter-in-law), J.T. McClellan (grandson), and Zach McClellan (grandson). Their hearts fill with both sorrow for their loss and gratitude for having been part of Russ's remarkable journey.

As we bid farewell to our dear friend, beloved brother, devoted father, and adoring grandfather, let us find solace in knowing that Russ McClellan's spirit will forever live on in our hearts. A memorial service in honor of Russ will take place at Reardon Simi Valley Funeral Home on February 22, 2024. The service will commence at 10:00 AM and conclude at 11:00 AM. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at this gathering, which will be held at 2636 Sycamore Drive in Simi Valley, California.
