Grady Edwards

Grady E. Edwards Jr., born on October 12, 1930 in Seminole, Oklahoma peacefully passed away at his home in Simi Valley, California on June 1, 2021 after a fruitful and long lived life.
He truly lived a working man's life. If he has done one thing he has done them all. From construction work laying pipelines and concrete, to a soldier defending our nation, to teaching American Government and History for over 30 years at Simi High School. Most importantly for his family, he was a husband, father and grandfather who has left behind a large pair of loafers and boots to fill.
Grady is survived by his brother Frank and wife Donna, his son Grady D. Edwards, his grandson Grady M. Edwards, his granddaughter Michelle Florio and husband Dane Florio, and his great-grandson Landon Florio. His stepsons Michael Walker and his wife Cath, and Gary Walker.
While no longer with us but in our hearts, we can always rest assured he is smiling down on us and asking “So, whatcha’ know for sure?”
