Planted in the area of greatest need

I had the honor of knowing Sandra for several years. She was my warrior friend; I truly admired her for so many talents such as her crafts, beautiful scarfs, her cooking, her energy during yoga class but most of all her fierce battle against cancer. She was a true warrior.
Loren, I can only imagine how much you miss her already. I pray that you can find some comfort in the wonderful memories you both created.
Sandra, May you Rest In Peace in the arms of our Savior and all the angels

The heart is never ready, the time is never right to say good-bye.
Though words can do little to comfort you. May the thoughts and prayers of all those who love you help support you at this difficult time. You did everything you could - you cared, you loved.....
My beautiful Sandra was my yoga student. She was an exceptional LADY. Her talent of everything from yoga to cooking five course lunches and dinners to perfection. Her sewing was excellent. She loved to party. she was an amazing Lady. I enjoyed her friendship for almost ten years it ended very quick. I already miss her hugs
and beautiful smile. I will cherish the beautiful memories we shared.

Sandra was very intelligent and talented.
She never gave up on anything. Being her brother we fought like cats n dogs at time. Distance means nothing when a family member has passed. I am grateful Sandra & Loren found each other. I know she was very happy. She told me, "He is golden". Rest in peace Sandra, prayers and thoughts for you Loren.

Sorry doesn’t begin to express our sadness. Sandra and Loren’s marriage was one born from deep love and everlasting friendship. It’s said that life isn’t measured by how long you lived, but rather by how deeply you were loved and how joyfully you lived your life. If that’s the case, then Sandra’s life was very well lived. Rest In Peace.
